How it should be

“It still sounds exactly like me.”

Rob Arthurs, CEO, Robert Arthurs International

Rob is a trade and export consultant. First 14 days on the system: 5.3x more members reached, impressions up 190%. Every post about his actual work. Not one generic leadership take.

It runs my own profile too: 75% of my reach last quarter came from people outside my network.

Most CFO dashboards track the wrong number.

I've watched 3 companies run out of cash with “healthy runway.”

Your board asks about runway. It should ask about payroll.

01

Talk

A voice note in the car between calls. That's a post. Even one line works: “short post on the new tariff change.” Or pick from the fresh ideas waiting every Monday, sourced from your niche's news and the feeds you already read.

02

Choose

Three hooks. Two angles. Your length. You decide like an editor; the AI types like a staff writer. Two minutes, not two hours.

03

Approve

You see the exact post, down to where “see more” cuts. One tap publishes through LinkedIn's official API. Nothing ever posts without you.

Why it works

Built to not sound like AI.

Your buyers can smell AI from the first em-dash. And 81% of LinkedIn long-form is machine-written now. That makes sounding human the last unfair advantage. Every draft is stripped of the tells before you ever see it:

The Humanizer

Every draft is checked against 34 tells of machine writing: the em-dash spam, the “not X, but Y”, the fake-profound closers. Then it gets rewritten until it reads like a person.

Receipts, always

Any number in your post carries a live, verified source link. If a source can't be verified, the claim never ships. Your credibility is the product.

Your voice, calibrated

Trained on your best posts, tuned with you in a working session, and learning from every choice you make. It converges on you.

The engagement

A ghostwriter's output. Software economics.

A human ghostwriter runs $2,000 to $15,000 a month, and still doesn't sound like you. Pocket Chief is a calibrated AI with a human tuning it to your voice. Founding pricing is shared when you ask. It looks nothing like a retainer.

Ghostwrite

Show up three times a week. Every week.

  • 3 posts per week, end to end
  • Voice-calibrated AI, tuned with you at setup
  • Guided composer: hooks, angles, length. Your call
  • AI images + your own photos (multi-image posts)
  • Verified-source research on every claim
  • Mobile approve. Nothing posts without you

Founding members

Ten founding seats. Priced like it's early.

Start with the free Content Kit and hear it in your own voice. If it sounds like you, we set the system up properly: a one-time setup where I calibrate it to your voice with you, then a simple monthly. The first ten lock a founding rate, for as long as they stay. Ask and you get the numbers straight, by email. No pitch deck.

Questions

The ones everyone asks.

Is this safe for my LinkedIn account?

Yes. This is the hill we die on. Pocket Chief publishes exclusively through LinkedIn's official API, with your explicit one-tap approval on every single post. No browser extensions, no cookies, no automation on your account, no engagement bots. The tools that got people banned did all of those things; we do none of them.

Will it actually sound like me?

That's the whole product. It's trained on your best posts, calibrated with you in a working session, and every draft runs through a humanizer that strips the tells of machine writing. Then it keeps learning from every hook you pick and every edit you make. Give it two weeks and judge for yourself.

Who's writing the posts, you or an AI?

A specialized AI agent does the research, drafting, and workflow. A human (me) sets it up with you and tunes it until the output reads like you on a good day. You approve everything. Nobody ghostwrites you generic filler at $200/post.

What if I don't like a draft?

Tell it why in one line (“too salesy”, “wrong take, I actually think X”) and it regenerates with exactly that change. Or just edit inline. Rejections teach it as much as approvals do.

Do I own the content?

Entirely. Your voice profile, your drafts, your published posts: all yours. Cancel anytime and take an export with you. Cancellation is one click, not a support ticket.
